Refund and exchange policy

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
All items returned for a refund or exchange must be in their original, fully resaleable condition, with all tags intact.

In-store purchases:
Products may be returned within 3 days of purchase for a full refund using the original payment method.
Items returned within 15 days will be eligible for an exchange or a refund in the form of a gift card.

Online purchases:
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund via the original payment method.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as any risks or fees associated with returning the products to us.
A refund will be issued once the returned items are received in their original, resaleable condition.

If your return is received after the stated return policy (unless the item is faulty or damaged), we reserve the right to decline the refund. In such cases, the item(s) may be returned to you, and you will be charged the applicable delivery fees based on the product and your location.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
We are not responsible for any bank charges incurred during the refund process and accept no liability in this regard.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns and keeping your shipping receipt.
